Many clients prefer to hand-pick their cabinets, countertops, and fixtures—we work through what will be customer supplied and what will be supplied by us in your contract. Typically, these pieces will have an allowance for you to purchase within budget, while the rest, like sheetrock, insulation, and trim, will be supplied by us.
